Mr. Chambers is currently the Chairman of the Board & CEO of Intrepid Resources. He was recently the Chairman & CEO of Escalera Resources Co. Prior to Escalera, Mr. Chambers was the Managing Director of CCI’s Oil & Gas business. His responsibilities included managing the upstream business activities with a focus on building a domestic natural gas portfolio. Prior to CCI, Mr. Chambers spent 36 years in the upstream business with company affiliations including C&K Petroleum, Chambers Oil & Gas, Sheridan Energy, Calpine Oil & Gas and Rosetta Resources. As an executive with Calpine and Rosetta, he was responsible for acquiring over 1.2 TCF of natural gas reserves through corporate and asset transactions. Mr. Chambers served as Interim CEO of Rosetta Resources before his retirement in 2008.

Ms. Reeves serves as Chief Financial Officer for the Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia and President and Chief Executive Officer of Main Street. Ms. Reeves served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Public Gas Partners, Inc. from its inception in 2004 until December, 2018. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia and currently oversees the Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Risk Management areas of the Gas Authority’s operations. Ms. Reeves joined the Gas Authority in 2002 and has over 30 years of business experience including 12 years of financial leadership at companies such as Cingular Wireless, exchangeBridge, Inc., J.C. Bradford and Deloitte & Touche LLP. While at J.C. Bradford, Ms. Reeves worked with municipal gas utilities, including the Gas Authority, structuring financing strategies and acting as a banker in the issuance of public municipal debt. While at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Ms. Reeves also worked with energy and utility industry clients and gained experience in risk management and accounting. Prior to these positions, Ms. Reeves was an independent petroleum landman in Texas and Louisiana. Ms. Reeves earned a B.B.A. in accounting with highest honors from the University of Texas.

Steve W. Herod is a seasoned energy executive with 40 years of experience in all aspects of the E&P business. He is currently a director of Caliber Midstream, LLC, a private midstream company active in the Bakken. Mr. Herod served as Chief Executive Officer of Grizzly Energy, LLC, a privately held energy company with operations in eight states from February 2020 to July 2021. From 2012 until March 2019, he was with Halcon Resources Corporation, a NYSE listed exploration and production company, in various management positions including President. He was a co-founder and Executive Vice President – Corporate Development of Petrohawk Energy Corporation from 2003 until Petrohawk’s sale to BHP Billiton in 2011. Mr. Herod served as Executive Vice President – Corporate Development for 3TEC Energy Corporation from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Herod served as President of Shore Oil Company from 1992 until the merger of Shore with 3TEC’s predecessor in 1997. From 1984 to 1991, he was with Conquest Exploration Company in various financial management positions. Mr. Herod began his career in 1981 as a financial analyst with Superior Oil Company. He is a 1981 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. degree in finance and management. Mr. Herod is active in various industry and charitable organizations. He and his wife Lorie are the parents of two daughters, Meredith (18) and Morgan (16).

Mr. Felix has 35 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry including international operations, marketing, technology development, strategic planning, and M&A. He began his career with Foxboro and then spent nearly 30 years with Schlumberger with postings on four continents including E&P services management, field operations, product development, manufacturing, marketing, production software, and corporate and marketing communications. He is currently a board member and senior advisor to the CEO of Texas-based non-profit iEducate and co-founder of iCaravel, an international advisory firm that enables growth in high-potential businesses with a focus on digital technology. An accomplished Senior Executive, Mr. Felix has a track record of working with corporate leaders, government officials, media representatives and key decision makers to successfully implement national and international business strategies.
